Slimmer's world

my tita enrolled me in Slimmer’s World in SM north Edsa. Grabe!!Sobra ang paruse I do about two hours 5 times a week and then I take along drink. Parusa ang 30 minutes sa traedmill, pti n din ung mga, equipment dun. Nkakapawis!!!
Kht malamig dun. I’m trying to lose weight kasi. Ang lapad ko na. ang pinakamahirap na parusa ay yung favotire ko na kailangan na iwasan.. ang ice cream waahh!!!
That’s the most hard af all. Ang sarap kumain. Hirap naman magpapayat!!!
